Helvetica today!

No *rats today since Helvetica is 80 minutes long…I’ll be starting the film right at 5:15–so unless you want to be that person walking in front of the screen, come early! =)

Change of Plans!

Our Tuesday class conflicts with visiting artist Julia Morrisroe’s talk this week. Since I don’t want you to miss seeing her, I’d like you to attend her lecture in place of mine; she will start at 5:00 in FAB 249.

Desktop Factory 125ci uses powdered plastic sintered together by a halogen lamp.  Looks quite tasty, although the build size is small (5″x5″ maximum).  Still, for about one quarter of the price of a Z-Corp machine, this would be worth checking out.
