Desktop Factory 125ci uses powdered plastic sintered together by a halogen lamp. Looks quite tasty, although the build size is small (5″x5″ maximum). Still, for about one quarter of the price of a Z-Corp machine, this would be worth checking out.

Here’s the Wiley Student Resource page for Meggs, it’s not great and it’s not even completely updated for the fourth edition, but it’s better than nothing…
